Job Aid: How to Use Mendeley

Brief descriptions about the design:

This design is called job aid. There are some things I would like to clarify about it. First, I decide to use the black color for the background to create a contrasting element (contrast). Second, I use all boxes to make the alignment more clearly; I also use the arrows to create some visual connections from one step to another step (alignment) and fill the space on the left side. Next, I make the blue box (on the left) be close to the picture box (on the right) to ensure that they belong to one unit of information (proximity). Last, I make some repetitions in my design (e.g., blue box on the left, font size, the color of the font, red square line on the right box to spot the information) to strengthen the unity of information in my design.
